The Man behind such a big brand.. IPL.."Lalit Modi"

Today the brand IPL is recognized as IPL not because of the theme of the game but because of the man behind the IPL .. .Yeah am talking about Lalit Modi. You don agree with my words? Well have you noticed that hardly any people are glued to there television sets though World T20 is being telecast-ed ? It wasn't the case previously. Just say these words "India is playing today" People use to watch it for sure, be it T20 or any other format of the game. Even the TRP ratings of the T20 are proven to be far less when compared to IPL.

When these two formats of the game are juxtaposed, (IPl and the Ordinary T20 match) where do you find the difference? Its the way they are being telecasted or shown up to the viewers. As soon as you get in to the stadium you feel the savor around you. The people around the stadium suffuse with different jerseys (the team they are supporting). The environment can raise the pique among every one whose watching it. Added to it the noises in the stadiums and the that IPL horn , Cheer leaders, and what not.

Lalit Modi has bought out the best possible out comes one can ever get out of it. You give him a few yards of land he s ready to make money out of it. You give him a little space of air he can make use of it.You give him few secs of time he can make money out of it. He has made 54 cr for the advertisements between the overs. He s capable of making money from no where. This year it was estimated that Ipl has increased its profits by 40%. Set Max alone earning around 650 cr. He was even able to make this event hit over seas last year. He took the risk and made it a big success

Now that he s been removed as the chairman of IPL , i wonder will the person in charge can match Modi anywhere?? Will the IPL brand grow or is this the downfall of it??

Its high time to change the passe adminstration

How many of you people believe that filing a petition will really help you out? Do you think it ll solve the problem your facing with? The supreme court of India today has so many cases left over to handle that it would take them 15 years to complete all the pending cases leaving the new cases to be filed. In such an adverse situation do you expect any outcome of your case to be dealt in near by future? Even if they take over will they be able to complete in the time frame you've expected it to get finished? And can they really do Justice in dealing with those cases in an efficient manner?

Every year our supreme court deals with around 50,000 cases disposing more than 1500 cases aside. Where as the high courts in US and UK dispose around 100 cases . Where is it really going wrong? What are we supposed to do to make our courts run in a more expeditious way? Is it the fault with number of cases being filed up or the administration?

What i believe is there aren't really sufficient courts to deal with the enormous population of India. Why cant there be a diverse set of courts for diverse Fields? And why shouldn't there be any courts between High courts and supreme courts? Why should be the cases of excusing the penalty of death be undertaken by the Supreme court?

The judges of supreme court do came up with required remedies for this problem like the idea of establishing four regional courts for each region.i.e South, west north,$ east. These courts will be dealing the cases such as civil, criminal, and cases to excuse the sentence of death. More over if these type of courts are established the burden on the supreme court do comes down. Also, For a person living in the some corner of India it wouldn't be hectic reaching these courts when compared to the reaching the supreme court at Delhi.

I think this would be really a great move for the administration if they pursue this theme. But why aren't they at lest giving any thought about such things? How long should we be after courts for our case to get resolved? It should be a serious question to be loomed about!!

Lets all put our hands together

Its 1 pm , the scorching sun just above our heads, busy traffic, and those high volumed horns and those vexing vehicle noises, Yea am talking about the present situation we are facing.Who even likes to step out to such narking kind of environment? Its making us think twice before we step our foot out of our houses on to the burning roads. so what are we supposed to do? just sit at our places and wait for the sun to sleep? or should we make things to work at the nights?

Its the common man who's suffering the most . No doubt many NGOs are helping this people by keeping water stalls where ever necessary. But is it sufficient? The other day when i was reading a newspaper i was really pleased to see the works done by a priest in order to protect the common man from this grave. He initiated the process of temporary bus stalls made of Bamboo for those people who need to wait for hours together just to catch a single bus under the hot sun. It was good to hear that he has already done with 15 stops so far, and is in the process of building more stops where ever people are asking for.The Bamboo required and the transportation for those raw materials are being funded by other individuals. Being a priest if he s undertaking such a responsibility aren't we all supposed to work hand in glove with such people? Shouldn't we be as responsible as him?
