Its 1 pm , the scorching sun just above our heads, busy traffic, and those high volumed horns and those vexing vehicle noises, Yea am talking about the present situation we are facing.Who even likes to step out to such narking kind of environment? Its making us think twice before we step our foot out of our houses on to the burning roads. so what are we supposed to do? just sit at our places and wait for the sun to sleep? or should we make things to work at the nights?
Its the common man who's suffering the most . No doubt many NGOs are helping this people by keeping water stalls where ever necessary. But is it sufficient? The other day when i was reading a newspaper i was really pleased to see the works done by a priest in order to protect the common man from this grave. He initiated the process of temporary bus stalls made of Bamboo for those people who need to wait for hours together just to catch a single bus under the hot sun. It was good to hear that he has already done with 15 stops so far, and is in the process of building more stops where ever people are asking for.The Bamboo required and the transportation for those raw materials are being funded by other individuals. Being a priest if he s undertaking such a responsibility aren't we all supposed to work hand in glove with such people? Shouldn't we be as responsible as him?
